Assoc. Dr. Alihan Oral was born in 1986. He graduated from Bismil Education Martyrs Primary School and Diyarbakır Cumhuriyet Science High School with first place.

In 2005, he enrolled in Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine. In 2011, after completing the university with a degree, he was appointed as a general practitioner at Şırnak İdil State Hospital.

In 2017, he was appointed as an Internal Medicine specialist to Kızıltepe State Hospital for compulsory service by the Ministry of Health. He started to work as the General Intensive Care Unit in charge at Kızıltepe State Hospital.

In December 2017, he was appointed as the assistant chief physician of Kızıltepe State Hospital by the Ministry of Health.

In 2018, he was appointed as Dr. Lecturer. In 2018, he was appointed to Demiroğlu Bilim University Faculty of Medicine and gave lectures to the students of medicine, physical therapy and dietetics department.

Between 2018-2020, he served his patients at Şişli Florence Nightingale Hospital.

In 2020-2021, he was appointed to Fenerbahçe University, Vocational School of Health and gave lectures to the students of the Dialysis department.

From 2021, he was evaluated by YÖK and received the title of Associate Professor.

Between 2020-2023, he worked at Medicana Bahçelievler Hospital Internal Medicine clinic.

He received paper awards from the Current Medicine Association and Metabolic Syndrome Association. He is on the academic board of the Association of Internal Medicine Specialists and serves as the chairman of the Obesity Committee.
