Prof. Dr. Ali Hakan Kaya graduated from Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2005. He completed his Internal Medicine specialty training at Istanbul Haseki and Research Hospital in 2010. In 2017, he became a Hematology subspecialist at Dr. Abdurrahman Yurtaslan Ankara Oncology Training and Research Hospital. In 2017, he received Clinical Research and Good Clinical Practices Training Certificate and in 2018 he received Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Experience Certificate. In 2019, he was awarded the title of Associate Professor in Hematology. Afterwards, he worked in hematology and stem cell transplantation clinics in different hospitals and worked as the responsible physician of the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit in the hospital where he last worked. He is currently working at Biruni University Hospital. Dr. Ali Hakan Kaya is a member of Turkish Medical Association, Turkish Apheresis Association, Hematological Oncology Association, Blood and Bone Marrow Transplantation Association and Hematological Immunology Association and speaks intermediate English.
