He established the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Gaziantep Children's Hospital, where he performed his State Obligation Service as a Neonatology specialist. In 2010, he established the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Bezmialem Vakıf University, where he started his duty and served as the head of the Neonatology Department.

In 2011, she worked as an observer in the Department of Neonatology at Meriter Hospital of the University of Wisconsin, USA.

She took an active role in Medical Education at Bezmialem Vakif University and served as Term III coordinator between 2016-2018. He took part in the Faculty Board of Bezmialem Vakif University Faculty of Medicine. He served as a member of Bezmialem Vakıf University Faculty of Medicine Infection Control Committee.

Since April 2022, he has been serving as vice dean at Biruni University Faculty of Medicine.

He is a member of Biruni University Hospital "Baby Friendly Committee" and continues to be the Chairman of the hospital Medical Ethics Committee.

She is graduating from Anadolu University Health Institutions Management associate degree program at the end of this year.
